It will be winter for awhile still!
Winter at the ranch!
It may be some time before we start to see bare ground around here! For now, this is the only kind of horse being ridden at the ranch.The picture to the right was taken by an Idaho state police officer on the road going to the Island Park Dam. This is just a couple of miles from the ranch!

Mama moose and calf
These two were spotted about two miles from the front entrance of the ranch this morning! That's likely a mama moose with her calf born early this spring. Thanks for the picture Justin Angell!
